Stiltz Lifts launches a dealer support team, led by Gino Farruggio, providing training, marketing, and customer service to strengthen domestic lift partnerships.
Stiltz Lifts Introduce New Support Team For Trade Dealers

Stiltz Lifts is delighted to introduce a strong dealer support team following the launch of our new training programme.
The scheme, which we launched last December, has been designed to enable partner companies to install our Stiltz domestic lifts range into customers’ homes.
The Stiltz Lifts Technical Training Dealer Programme is held on demand at our company headquarters in Kingswinford, West Midlands.
Now we have a dealer support team in place which is able to work with the retailer network and help them develop a solid and successful relationship with the Stiltz brand.
This cross-discipline team is led by Gino Farruggio, National Sales Manager – UK Trade – and covers technical training, marketing support and customer service.
We have invested in our own purpose-built training facility at Kingswinford. The engineers receive classroom training and hands-on installation training in the mezzanine area where the Stiltz product range is installed. This area also doubles up as a sales training zone where sales staff can attend product sales and surveyor training courses.
The training school is run by Technical Support Manager, Rob Pinion who has been involved in engineering for nearly two decades since first joining the British Army’s Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers in 1998. He moved over to the mobility industry where he quickly progressed from an installation and service engineer to providing technical support for one of the UK’s biggest stairlift manufacturers before joining Stiltz.
Marketing support at Stiltz Lifts is provided by Yola Mealing who has 25 years of experience in graphic design, copywriting and marketing communications. Yola is responsible for both the Stiltz and Lifton brands and is available to advise dealers on, and deliver, marketing materials for local marketing activity, including press advertising, direct marketing, in-store point of sale, events or email campaigns.
The customer service team is headed up by Emma Potter. She has more than 20 years of experience in the customer service environment.
Mr. Farruggio said: “At Stiltz we have invested in people who have a proven track record and passion in what they do. This is important for us as we seek to build long lasting sustainable partnerships with the trade. We believe in our current products and any future products which we bring to market. By allowing our customers to experience friendly and effective responses it makes it easy for our partners to do business with Stiltz.”
Courses are limited to a maximum of eight attendees to ensure the right level of training is provided. For more information contact the Stiltz Lifts Technical Team on 0330 222 0334.
Customer Testimonials
My experience with Stiltz Homelifts. Just over a month ago, I had my Stiltz lift installed and I am so pleased with it. The workmen that came and fitted it were very professional and knew what they were doing. They were so professional I would not hesitate to recommend Stiltz lifts to anybody.
Excellent from beginning to end – and beyond.
Everybody we dealt with at Stiltz was very helpful and efficient, from the initial meeting with Nick Sale, the sales rep, thorough technical inspection, the builders, installers, plumber, electrician, and excellent follow up service and attention. My husband’s life is transformed and mine is much easier. Thank you Stiltz.
An excellent company from the first contact to the completed project. All personnel were friendly and very polite but stayed extremely professional throughout. Having been in the construction industry for over 40 years I was aware the preparation work was carried out to a high standard by the best of trades people. The lift itself can not be faulted both the operation and aesthetics.
