As seen widely across the national press, The Queen has selected her spacious new Stiltz Trio+ Home Lift as part of future-proofing upgrades at the private cottage. As a proudly British business with the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise, it is only fitting that Stiltz were chosen by the Royal Family for such a privileged role which represents the highest level of endorsement. Stiltz Homelifts are thrilled to have been part of adaptations that needed to combine tasteful aesthetics along with safety and security.
No major structural alterations would have been needed, as the Stiltz dual rail technology carries the weight of the lift through a simple aperture between floors. This makes it perfect for buildings of historical note, such as Craigowan Lodge. The range of domestic lift solutions have all been specifically designed for home use and not adapted from commercial products and this unique approach clearly appealed to The Windsors.
